Hello! I just flew out of Norse Atlantic Airways JFK Terminal and I have to say—I was actually really impressed. Check-in at the terminal was easy and efficient. Attendants were cheerful, courteous, and didn’t rush me even when things started getting hectic. The terminal itself was tidy, with good signs, and security was quicker than I anticipated. I enjoyed the seating spaces by the gate—they were spacious and not too congested. Boarding was smooth and speedy, with crew members moving passengers along patiently. Having traveled a handful of times annually, I’ve had my fair share of messes at busy airports, but this was so calm and efficiently run. Norse Atlantic emitted a stress-free atmosphere that I particularly liked. Seriously, I wasn’t expecting anything out of a new airline, but they pleasantly surprised me. Would fly again with them anytime. Well done, Norse!
