Before we flew to Kuala Lumpur, my wife, kids, and I went to the Malaysia Airlines Amsterdam Office in Netherlands. We had some inquiries about our food and seats. The woman behind the counter was really accommodating and kind. She confirmed our reservation and made sure our food requests were taken into account. The employees even gave the children a small sticker. That was a very nice touch! The workplace was spacious, well-lit, and had cozy chairs. Being helped in such a calm setting was wonderful. Satisfied and ready to go, we left the office. Great service throughout!
