Hi! My family and I recently visited the United Airlines Osaka Office and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We needed assistance with a flight alteration, and the staff were being so pleasant, courteous, and cooperative. They clarified everything clearly and helped us find the best possible solution. My parents had some issues with the luggage, and the staff managed all of that well. The office was efficiently run, and we didn’t have to wait at all.
