The ease of use of the Frontier Airlines PHL Terminal pleasantly surprised me. Despite the morning congestion, security passed swiftly, and check-in was easy thanks to the abundance of self-service kiosks. The entire procedure felt efficient, and the personnel were kind and accommodating. I was quite pleased with Frontier’s terminal setup considering it’s a low-cost airline.
