Hi, it was an amazing experience in the British Airways Milan Office. The customer support team was respectful and considerate when attending to my inquiries on changing flights. I had to change seats to upgrade, and they helped me out seamlessly. Their going out of their way to ensure a client’s needs are met caught me by surprise. I wasn’t hurried like it often is with many of the airline offices. They paid attention carefully and gave concise solutions. The office is nice and clean, and there was not much waiting time. I greatly value their professionalism and will sure go back if I have any British Airways services needed in Milan again.
