I must remark that the service provided by Air Europa MXP Terminal lately surpassed my expectations. Check-in and security processes ran smoothly thanks to the staff’s professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. My trip was made better by the cozy and spotless lounge areas. Additionally, tension was reduced by well-organized lines and obvious signage. All in all, I had a good start to my journey. The level of service was excellent. Anyone traveling from Milan Malpensa should definitely take advantage of Air Europa’s outstanding service.
