Children ages 5 to 13 who are traveling alone are guaranteed a safe and comfortable journey thanks to JetBlue’s Unaccompanied Minor Policy. Children in this age group must use the service, which is only offered on non-stop or direct flights. In addition to paying a charge for the service, a parent or guardian must fill out a unique UMNR form. From check-in until the child is transferred to the appropriate adult at the destination, JetBlue employees will be with them the entire time. Although help is offered upon request, children older than 14 are permitted to travel without the service.
