Kind and courteous employees welcomed me right away and made the check-in procedure easy and hassle-free. They not only ensured that all of my travel documents were in order, but they also gave me advice on what to do when I got there. KLM’s outstanding customer service demonstrated that comfort and convenience are prioritized. In addition to working quickly, the employees in the Khartoum office were thoughtful and patient in their responses to all of my inquiries. I was more relaxed than I had expected before I boarded the aircraft.
