Hello, Flying out of Turkish Airlines EWR Terminal was seamless for our family. We traveled with our two children and were right away impressed by how considerate the airline staff were at Newark. The check-in representatives noticed we had children and immediately led us to the family assistance line, saving time and anxiety. We enjoyed the clean and roomy terminal and even had a peaceful area to let our children rest while waiting. Turkish Airlines gate staff kept us updated and facilitated boarding like a dream. On the plane, the flight attendants were extremely welcoming—speaking with our children, assisting with overhead bags, and offering kid-friendly food. The entertainment system was filled with plenty to keep our little ones occupied throughout the flight. Turkish Airlines made us feel truly welcome, and their Newark terminal team made the travel experience easy and enjoyable. We’ll be returning passengers for sure!
