They arranged for early boarding, assigned seats in a quieter section of the plane, and made sure the gate agents and flight crew were informed. At the airport, a team member met us at check-in and personally guided us through security and to the gate. The flight crew was exceptionally kind, checking on us quietly and offering extra flexibility during boarding and deplaning. Thanks to the coordination initiated by the corporate office, the entire journey was peaceful and comfortable for our son and the rest of us. It was a far cry from the stressful travel we’ve experienced in the past. We felt seen, respected, and genuinely cared for.
