The employees at Spirit Airlines BWI Terminal were professional. While gate officials made sure that boarding went smoothly, check-in workers processed passengers in a timely manner. Concourse D had good dining options, including both sit-down and quick food establishments. Before my flight, I stopped by a café for a quick meal, and the service was prompt. It was wise to purchase food in the terminal prior to boarding, as Spirit does not offer free in-flight snacks.
