Communication was made simple by the bilingual staff, especially for those from abroad. They ensured a stress-free journey by providing clear directions and handling baggage inquiries with ease. My trip was enjoyable because of their tolerance and readiness to accommodate any particular requirements, such as preferred seating arrangements. The outstanding service provided by EVA Air’s employees really improved the entire trip.
