I had the pleasure of touring the Frontier Airlines New York Office during my most recent trip to New York. I had a great experience and came away with a favorable opinion of their customer support.
The personnel gave me a warm welcome and smiles as soon as I walked into the office. The crew appeared sincere in their desire to help, and the environment was both professional and welcoming. The office was easy to find because it was clean, well-organized, and had useful signs.
In addition to several other things I wanted to look at, I had some questions concerning my next journey.
