Although family travel can occasionally be stressful, our most recent flight from Southwest Airlines BWI Terminal on Southwest Airlines was absolutely fantastic. From the time we got to the airport until we got on our flight, everything went smoothly, quickly, and joyfully. The Southwest terminal at BWI’s amenities, customer service, and general ambience made our trip feel easy—exactly what we needed when traveling with children.
