We experienced one of the most laid-back family travel experiences ever when we flew with British Airways IAD Terminal from the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) Terminal. We anticipated the typical airport bustle because our company consisted of three generations—young children, parents, and grandparents—but were greeted with cool efficiency and genuine friendliness instead. Even with strollers and additional luggage, the terminal was easy to navigate, spotless, and well-designed. The employees of British Airways were really helpful, friendly, and patient, seeing to everyone’s requirements. It was a great way to start our trip, and everyone in the family felt comfortable and supported.
