I had a wonderful experience at the United Airlines LHR Terminal Check-in was simple and straightforward, with welcoming staff standing by to help. Security was well-managed, so the process was easy and quick. The terminal itself was clean and airy, with ample seating and an excellent range of dining facilities. The lounges were pleasant, providing a haven in which to relax before the flight. Boarding was well managed, and the personnel were courteous and professional. The United Airlines, in general, made my trip experience pleasant and hassle-free.
