I was thrilled when I visited the Royal Jordanian Toronto Office with my family. We had a lot of questions when we went there to get help making a reservation. The office personnel were kind and amiable. They took their time and gave us comprehensive explanations. We were respected and felt heard. The service was effective, and the ambiance was calm. The staff was so polite and soft-spoken that even my elderly folks were astounded. We’re thankful for the help we received, and it was a fantastic experience. Without a doubt, we’ll be back later.
