Hi there, I simply couldn’t leave a review after visiting the Turkish Airlines Hanover Office because it was really that good! I was struggling to alter my return flight from Istanbul to Hanover. I was calling customer care and emailing, but it was getting frustrating. My friend advised me to visit the office in person, and I’m so happy I did. As soon as I entered, I could tell the difference. The staff were courteous, friendly, and extremely patient. I was not rushed or dismissed, something that has happened to me in other airline offices previously. They listened attentively to my plight, scanned the system for alternatives, and even offered me different dates that were less expensive than the one I had initially chosen! In addition to that, they ensured I retained my seat choice and even double-checked my special meal request — all without me requesting. I sensed they were truly interested in assisting me, rather than simply making it through another ticket. I don’t leave reviews very often, but I can appreciate how stressful travel is, so I just wanted to say — if you’re in Hanover and are traveling with Turkish Airlines, go pay a visit to the office.
