In addition to making recommendations to make my trip better, they took the time to confirm that the information on my ticket was accurate. The most remarkable aspect was the customised attention I got. Along with being incredibly kind, the personnel went above and above to resolve a minor problem with my suitcase. How they collaborated with several departments to swiftly and amicably settle the issue astounded me.
