To change our ticket, my buddies and I went to the Singapore Airlines Rome Office. We thought the service was excellent. The employees were friendly and pleasant. They assisted us without any issues and addressed all of our inquiries. They spoke slowly and clearly, making it simple to understand what they were saying.
