Our trip with the EVA Air HOU Terminal was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was quick and simple, and the helpful staff assisted us at every stage. Security was easy, and the terminal had great amenities to keep us comfortable before our trip. We were greeted by the workers with smiles and excellent service. There was a wide range of entertainment options, nice seating, and delectable meals. The flight was easy and comfortable, and baggage claim was quick and easy when you arrived. We are excited to take another flight with EVA Air since they truly made the trip enjoyable and stress-free! Highly recommended!

Once past security, we had some time before our flight, and the HOU Terminal offered a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The seating areas were spacious and well-maintained, allowing us to sit comfortably while waiting.
The restaurants and coffee shops had plenty of options for food and drinks. Whether you wanted a quick snack, a hot meal, or just a refreshing drink, there were plenty of choices available. Our group had different tastes, but everyone found something they enjoyed.
Another highlight of the terminal was the free Wi-Fi and charging stations, making it easy for us to stay connected. We were able to check emails, browse the internet, and share our travel updates with friends and family.
When it was time to board, the process was incredibly organized and efficient. The EVA Air staff made sure passengers were boarded in a structured manner, ensuring that families, senior travelers, and those with special needs were given priority.
