I spent a wonderful day at the Singapore Airlines Bali Office with my buddies. We got inquiries concerning visas and travel schedules as we planned our vacation to Australia. The office staff took the time to explain everything in straightforward language and were very helpful. Additionally, they looked over our flight alternatives and assisted us in selecting the most comfortable one. While we waited, there was a pleasant seating area in the cleaned office. We were well heard and respected. Their professionalism and friendliness truly impressed me. Receiving advice from kind and patient people is pleasant.
