I took my cat, Muffin, to the Brussels Airlines Berlin Office in Germany . My first time traveling with a pet made me anxious. The office personnel were excellent. They made sure I had all the necessary paperwork and went over all the procedures for flying with pets. They even assisted me in selecting the most comfortable travel for my cat. Because of the serene atmosphere at the workplace, my cat remained composed the entire time. Their generosity was much appreciated. Because of their assistance, our trip went flawlessly.
