The Southwest Airlines Bali Office helped me out when I needed to quickly rearrange my flight. The personnel treated me with kindness and acted quickly. They assisted in correcting my error rather than making me feel horrible about it. It was a huge comfort. I admired how friendly and supportive everyone was. When you travel, you don’t always receive that kind of treatment. I entered feeling anxious and left feeling content and cared for. For their outstanding service, this office is deserving of five stars.
