I had to cancel my trip last minute due to a family emergency. In the hopes that they may assist, I went to the Royal Jordanian Munich Office in Germany. Despite my low expectations, they truly caught me off guard. The employees were really helpful and made the process of getting a refund less stressful for me. They provided me with all the information I required for upcoming travel and a thorough explanation of the rules. Despite my intense emotions, they were understanding and encouraging. They seemed to genuinely care about me. I want to thank the entire staff for their amazing support during a difficult period.
