I’m very pleased with the service at the KLM Airlines Muscat Office. Everyone was welcoming and respectful. I had a few doubts about travel insurance and luggage rules. They explained everything in a clear and simple way. They didn’t rush me and gave me time to ask more questions. The staff really care about their customers. I noticed that they were helping other people in a kind way too. It’s good to see that they treat everyone equally. I would happily go there again if I need help with any of my flights.
