The Etihad Airways Office in Male is first-rate. My family and I had to change our flight because of a health concern, so we traveled there. The employees were really helpful and kind. They assisted us in changing our tickets without adding to our stress because they understood our issue. They simplified and eased the process. I appreciated how well they explained things. The office was well-organized and peaceful. The visit made us feel completely at ease. Knowing that Etihad has such a helpful personnel is incredibly pleasant. I’ll tell all of my friends and family in Male about this office.
