I experienced a mixture of excitement and calm as I entered the Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal. There was the typical airport bustle, but for some reason, the Frontier process went more smoothly. The staff was helpful in answering questions and assisting travelers with their luggage, and the self-check-in kiosks were simple to use. The experience was less stressful because of how smoothly everything moved as I passed through security. Because there were so many seats and charging stations in the waiting area, the time before boarding went by quickly. At JFK, Frontier demonstrated that low-cost travel can still be hassle-free, comfortable, and convenient.
