The baggage service provided by United Airlines MCI Terminal was dependable and effective. The luggage check-in procedure was swift, and self-service kiosks and friendly employees were on hand to help. The staff made sure that every item was correctly tagged, and the baggage drop-off process went well. My bags were in terrific shape and arrived on schedule. Staff were prepared to help with any problems, including delayed or missing luggage. All things considered, United Airlines’ baggage service at MCI was reliable and seamless.
